Looking for simple, effective ways to move better this summer? This month at Pilates At Home, we’re focusing on the parts of your body that work hardest — your hips, shoulders, spine and side body.

These new classes are designed to help you feel more mobile and strong, while gently supporting the areas that tend to hold tension. Whether you're carrying kids, sitting at a desk, or just in need of a reset, these sessions offer relief, strength, and reconnection.

New This Month: Four Fresh Classes to Support Everyday Movement

#257 Hip Focus

Ease tightness in your hips and pelvic floor, then build lasting strength in your glutes, hamstrings and deep hip stabilisers. A powerful reset if you’ve been sitting a lot or feeling disconnected from your lower body.


#258 Shoulders & Posture

Using a resistance band and overball, this gentle, posture-focused class is perfect if you've been hunched over a laptop, feeding a baby, or just need to re-open through the chest and shoulders.


#259 Spine Mobility

A flowing class from standing to the mat that encourages freedom and fluidity in your spine. Designed to be revisited regularly — it’s one of those small-but-mighty sessions that builds impact over time.


#260 Side Strength

Short and strong, this focused session targets your lateral core and hips. Great as a standalone or as an energising add-on to another class.
