Pilates At Home FAQs

As a Pilates At Home member, you'll get access to the library of on-demand Pilates classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced.
The LHP Online Studio library is ever-growing with 5 new classes added on the 1st of each month, so just like in our studio classes, you will always be getting more exciting ways to create sustainable and lasting change in your mind, body, and overall wellbeing.
The Online Studio library is filmed exclusively for LHP Pilates At Home members.

The monthly membership is £25. Annual membership is better value at £250, so you get 12 months for the price of 10 months. This is paid once a year.
Your subscription will automatically renew every month. You can cancel your membership at any time and your access will cease at the next billing cycle.
It's an ever-growing library of sessions, so the value increases every month, but the fee doesn’t!
-
If you don’t want to continue, or you’d like to take a break, you can cancel at any time. Follow the prompts to cancel on your account page and your membership will not renew. Your subscription will cease at the end of the current billing cycle.
Please note that there are no refunds for partially unused membership periods.

If you experience any issues please in the first instance ensure you’re using a supported browser, such as Safari or Google Chrome, and that it’s updated to the latest version for your operating system.
Special note for Apple first generation iPad Air, iPad mini 2 or mini 3:
Apple ended update support for these devices in September 2019. They cannot be updated to iPadOS 13 (or any later major versions of iPadOS) as the internal hardware does not meet the minimum technical requirements for new versions of iOS/iPadOS. Therefore the Squarespace platform will likely not function fully on these devices and we advise accessing your account via a newer device such as your smart phone, computer, or laptop.
If you continue to experience any issues, you’ve updated your browser, and you’re not using one of the devices mentioned above, please get in touch.

The Pilates At Home classes are not suitable for Pregnant or Postnatal women.
We specialise in offering both Pregnancy and Postnatal Pilates classes in the studio, and for new mums, we have our specialist 8-week Pilates Strong Mamas At Home programme available separately.
-
Great news!
Our Beginners Series is now included in Pilates At Home. So the best place to start is the Beginners Series introduction video and move through the series to give you a really strong foundation and understanding before progressing to other online classes or joining a studio class.

Postnatal Pilates FAQs
-
Yes. I am fully qualified to work with pre and postnatal clients and all the exercises we do during live classes or courses are safe for mother and baby. You can learn more about me and my qualifications here.
-
Under current medical guidelines, a woman can begin exercise following the 6-week post-partum check from the doctor and 12 weeks following a C-section. The breathing and pelvic floor exercises you may have learned during my pregnancy Pilates classes can be done immediately after birth.
-
Yes of course. I designed the Postnatal Core Restore online programme to support new mamas, whether they came to Pregnancy Pilates with me, another teacher, or not at all.
