As we move into summer, our new Pilates At Home classes focus on releasing tension, improving posture, and building strength, especially in areas that tend to hold on to stress.

⏱️ 20 minutes | No props | Focus: Flow, Strength, Mobility
This month, we're spotlighting a class that feels like summer in movement form—light, energising, and full of feel-good favourites. Lauren designed this short flow to be both uplifting and grounding, making it perfect for holidays, busy weeks, or days when you want to move without overthinking.
It’s a go-to for building strength, boosting energy, and reconnecting with your body—wherever you are.

253: 40-minute Hips Focused Class
⏱️ 40 minutes
A feel-good class designed to restore mobility and ease into the hips. You’ll work through a flowing sequence that releases tension and encourages flexibility—perfect if your hips are feeling stiff or tight.

254: 32-minute Shoulders & Upper Back
⏱️ Duration: 32 minutes
If your shoulders are creeping towards your ears or you spend long days at a desk, this is for you. We'll release tension in the shoulders and neck before moving into some gentle upper spine strengthening to support better posture and a more open, confident stance.
Focus: Shoulders, upper back, posture

255: 30-Minute Deep Core
⏱️ 30 minutes
This focused session delves deep into your abdominal muscles, building core strength and control calmly and steadily—a great session to revisit regularly for deep core connection.

256: 21-minute Weights & Foam Roller
⏱️ 21 minutes
A short and powerful session that combines strength training with postural awareness. Using hand weights and the foam roller for support and challenge, we’ll build shoulder and arm strength while working to improve posture and support bone density. Safe and effective for those with osteoporosis.
Focus: Strength, posture, menopause, osteoporosis
Prop: Long foam roller or rolled-up towel, 1kg hand weights
