From Core to Confidence: September’s new Pilates Line-Up

We’re focusing on functional strength, glute release, and playful challenges with props — plus a feature class to ease you back in if you’ve taken some time away.

New This Month: Four Fresh Classes to Support Functional Strength & Mobility

#261 Pilates to Mobilise & Strengthen

Open and mobilise your whole body while strengthening your legs, hips and upper spine. A steady class that leaves you feeling taller, more balanced, and strong.


#262 Glute Release & Strength Pilates

Release tension in your glutes and reset the pelvis into optimal alignment before building into focused strength work. Osteoporosis-friendly and great for balance, bone health, and runners.


#263 Reformer Pilates on the Mat

Experience the feel of reformer exercises — from footwork to bridging, stomach massage to elephant arms — all adapted to the mat with a foam roller. A fun and challenging intermediate class.


#264 New Moves with the Overball

Fresh variations with the overball to challenge your abdominals and give your core muscles a powerful workout.

Pilates At Home Feature Class for September

Back to Your Practice (Class #171) ⏱️ 20 minutes | No props

If you’ve taken a little break, this class is the perfect way to reconnect with the foundations of Pilates. Gentle but effective, it will ease you back into your practice and leave you feeling grounded. Great for Beginners.


Reconnect, Reset, and Strengthen
