Gentle, considered movement — especially movement that encourages alignment and down-regulation — can help reset the nervous system, ease tension and restore balance.

Research shows that slow, intentional exercise can activate the parasympathetic nervous system (our “rest and restore” mode), reducing stress levels, improving mood, and supporting hormonal balance — particularly during menopause or perimenopause.
