Posture & Strength Band Class
A full-body resistance band class designed to lengthen and strengthen, with a focus on posture and alignment. Perfect for desk workers or anyone wanting to stand taller and move with more control.


Rotation Focused Overball Class
This class uses the overball to explore gentle rotation, releasing tension and building strength through the spine and shoulders. Rotation is key to maintaining spinal mobility and reducing stiffness in the upper back.


Pilates for an Achey Back
A curated, feel-good sequence of movements that ease tension and provide support to a tired or tight back.


Foot to Ground Gratitude Class
An intermediate flow moving from standing to the mat, ending with a mindful moment of gratitude to reconnect with your body and ground yourself.
