June on Lauren Hilton Pilates At Home brings you four fresh flows designed to energise, ground and strengthen you—whatever your day holds.

Each session is carefully crafted to offer something different, whether you're carving out a calm start to your morning, reconnecting to your centre, or revisiting the roots of classical Pilates. And as always, no props are needed—just you, your mat, and a little space to move.

39: Unravel Tension and Aid Digestion

Originally published in January 2021 this full-length flow, guides you through spiralling spinal rotations designed to release tension, support digestion, and leave you feeling lighter in every sense. It’s ideal for those days when you want to ease a sluggish system, reduce bloating, or simply move in a way that feels freeing and spacious.

“I feel lucky to have many loyal subscribers to LHP at Home. Some clients I know from classes and some of you I have never had the pleasure to meet in person. I recently bumped into a long-standing client and her husband whilst leaving the studio after a day of teaching.
