Pelvic Floor Awareness

Did you know your pelvic floor isn’t really a “floor” at all? Instead of being hard and rigid, it’s a group of muscles that should be both strong and supple — able to relax when you need it to, and contract when it counts.

In this featured class, we’ll focus on bringing balance to your pelvic floor so it works in harmony with your breath and surrounding muscles. By learning how to contract and release effectively, you’ll build confidence and support for everything from everyday movement to running, jumping, and even laughing or sneezing.
