As we reach December, I’m sure everyone's time is limited, more parties, more preparation, gift buying....the 'to do' lists get longer for many of us. I have held this in mind, I wanted you to enjoy your monthly classes still but with less of a time commitment, so all classes are 35 minutes or less so you can still fit in your practice. 5 new classes for your spine and strength are now available in our Pilates At Home member library. As usual, each class is varied in length so you can fit the classes into your week. In April’s monthly workout plan, I’ve included a variety of props and if (like me) you're rather partial to extra choccy over Easter, you can de-bloat with a bloating release class!
